After a long break i come back with a little tutorial creating a comic style picture without any filters. first of all we need a real picture to modify,
i choose this one because you can see the dark parts aka shadows and the bright parts very good.
Comic Style
first of all we need the outlines, the brush we use for this shouldnt be too small but not too big because of the detail parts. i also changed to calligraphic brushes, donnu why =). Then we start to redraw the
important lines of the picture. should look like this:

after creating those lines we have to colorize the picture, i only used the brush for this, i'm sure there are a lot of better ways to do this =) but i always like the complicate way.
in comic style there are always 3 different colors for one object, for example the skin. i choose the normal skin color, one that is brighter and another one which is darker. i started with the face, hair and then the rest, because the face and the hair are the
hardest part. you should always totally color the part with its main color and then add the shawdows and the highlights.
i had really problems with the hair, i still have no idea how i did them =)
