I know the eyes and the mouth look terrible! We have to duplicate the Background layer again, and cut the eyes and mouth seperately out and add another Gradient Map. After the two eyes and the mouth (maybe the teeth in a seperate layer too!), we have to change the hair and the dress. You used the Gradient Map so you could create these different layers:

And finally the Dress


I needed more than 7 layers to colorize her, and I think it looks quite good. =). The good thing about colorizing, is that you can change things easily. As an example, you can change the eye-color or hair color (brunette to blonde is pretty hard, but the other way round should work!) or the lip color, etc.
I would be happy to receive some nice pics, just mail them or post them in the board!
